Hello.
I would like to introduce myself. My name is Pamela Grimes. I have spent my entire career of 20 years in the mortgage business helping people finance their dreams. I have worked in numerous facets of the industry, prior to opening my own company, Pacific Lending 2000, which enabled me to intimately understand the many different aspects of the Mortgage Lending Industry. After 20 solid years of experience, I can now confidently say, I am a pro. I have extensive knowledge in many types of lending including conventional programs (Fannie Mae/ Freddie Mac), Jumbo Loans, Home Improvement Financing, Construction Lending/Land Loans, Purchase Loans, Sub-Prime Lending, Lines Of Credit, loans for the self-employed ,debt consolidation, specialty lending including Cosmetic Surgery Financing, and unique situations.

Prior to opening Pacific Lending 2000, I was a top producer with large, nationwide Lenders including Countrywide, First Union Bank, The Money Store, and Aames Home Loan and received numerous production awards including #1 Volume Producer in the Western Region, Western Region Volume Record, #1 Profitable Branch in the Country, Companies highest “Presidential Award” and all time volume high in a California office, to name a few. I have, to date, successfully handled and overseen the closing of over three thousand refinance and purchase transactions. What does all this mean for my clients?
